Ruth is a wife and mother of 3 little girls. They live in the piedmont of North Carolina
Ruth used to browse the candle aisle of stores wishing to buy all of them. After learning that conventional candles are made of petroleum, lead and toxic fragrance oils, she quit burning candles for a couple years. Eventually cleaner ones started showing up in stores. She started buying ones that sounded promising for clean ingredients but some of them still gave her headaches so she knew they still weren’t clean enough.
Flourish Candle Co was created to make candles that are clean, smell amazing and burn beautifully.

Rhonda Peight
Rhonda and her family live on the plains of South Dakota. Rhonda has made candles for her family and friends for years and we are delighted to have her make all of our Beeswax candles for us!

Dorcas Peight
Black Oak Ceramics who runs her small business as a stay at home mom. She throws the beautiful asymmetrical pottery vessels we use, which can be repurposed once they're empty and used as decorate jars for things like toothbrushes, makeup brushes or pencil jars and so much more!

Gina is our most recent collaborator, and she makes the lovely neutral pink wave vessels that we use for our larger 2 wick candles. If you're a plant lover you'll be delighted to know they're just the right size to be repurposed to pot a darling little house plant!
