Refund Policy

We do our best to protect your products during the shipping process, but with glass jars sometimes damage can happen. If your candle arrives damaged in any way, please email us at sales@flourishcandleco.com, along with a picture of any damages. We will be happy to send out a new product. 

 

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.
